xxx: esoterica is a multi-disciplined performance troupe rooted in radical politics. our mission is to make radical thought and discourse more accessible, engaging, and fun. through our art we hope to spark action and create community around theories that have been traditionally threatening and/or are currently being suppressed by mainstream liberal politics.
xxx: esoterica is the collaborative brainchild of two queer, chicago-based, radical performance artists who wanted the best of both worlds. (whoever said you couldn't have your cake and eat it too was just a lackey of the dominant culture.)
